Return Options by Discount Level

For orders with up to 19.9% discount:

✅ Store Credit — Available

✅ Exchange (Size or Product) — Available

✅ Refund — Available* (must be requested within 7 days of delivery)

For orders with 20% discount or more:

✅ Store Credit Only*

❌ Exchange — Not Available

❌ Refund — Not Available

* A $8.99 USD processing fee per item applies to all return types.

Free return labels available only for orders within Europe, USA, and Israel (if selected at checkout).

Timeframes & Eligibility

store credit or exchange: you have up to 30 days from your order date to initiate the return.

refunds (only for full-price or <20% discounted orders): the return must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.

unused, in original condition, with hygiene stickers and tags intact, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

If you selected the Free Return Label option at checkout, return shipping is on us.

👉 This is only available for orders shipped within Europe, the United States, and Israel.

If you didn’t select the free returns option, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
