For store credit or exchange: you have up to 30 days from your order date to initiate the return.
For refunds (only for full-price or <20% discounted orders): the return must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with hygiene stickers and tags intact, and returned in their original packaging.
